With our streamlined onboarding, we’ve simplified the process of getting things in order for you to move your site onto our platform. During your onboarding, we provide project management for you every step of the way. 

Through our Project Management system, our team is always ready to chat with you or send a calendar invite to schedule a call. We provide Training via Microsoft Teams with screen share capabilities, as well as itemized to-do lists with supporting documentation to help structure your learning experience and make your transition as easily as possible – all at your own pace. 

This service is included with our trial at no additional cost to you and continues to be active until you launch.


1 on 1 Training /Support Calls

For our existing clients, we offer our Training Concierge service, which serves as a lifeline to our support team for any issues you may be having.

You will have the ability schedule a set number of calls every month for any support issues or questions you may have. Calls will be conducted on Microsoft Teams with screen share capabilities. Recordings are available upon request.


Project-based Consultations and Planning

We are also available to provide project based Concierge support. Project examples include:

  • Design Projects
  • Supplier/Catalog Integrations
  • ERP Integrations
  • CRM Integrations
  • Third-party Services

These types of projects can take time to complete, and with this concierge service we are able to provide a higher level of support for you and your team. Like our other services, this includes the ability to schedule calls with our team, get regular updates and have an assigned account manager.
