PantigaGroup came to us with specific requirements that would require the best of our Enterprise Business Suite while integrating the a real estate agent system to allow them to show off listings and incorporate some of the better solutions they offer.

Initially, PantigaGroup looked at real estate agent software providers that would allow for a totally customized design, but quickly encountered that these providers offer either very segmented platforms or extremely expensive.

We were able to provide Pantiga with a hybrid solutions that is integrated with IDX, which allows us to automatically display Multiple Listing Service (IDX/MLS) Property Listings on the PantigaGroup website. Now Logicblock can offer custom integrated IDX solution for real estate Agents and Brokers with Custom Graphic design, without the need to give up Blogging, email marketing, CMS and customer relationship management features. All of which are necessary for any successful online real-estate agency.
